09/17/2024 and conducted by Evaluator Megan Vigil

Home Care Aides have not completed the required training hours.

.Home Care Organization is using independent contractors as caregivers.

Enforcement Analyst (EA), Megan Vigil arrived at the business office of Golden Years Home Care Solutions, INC. to investigate the above allegations.

EA, Vigil was greeted by Designee, Danielle Toluwanimi. EA, Vigil requested payroll, schedule, and training transcripts for the last quarter for all employees. The file review was completed, and no discrepancies were found in the training for the Home Care Aides (HCA). There are no HCA’s working as independent contractors for the Organization.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
