Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Valerio arrived to the facility unannounced to conduct an annual required inspection. LPA Valerio met with facility staff, and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA was later met by Administrator Doina Savina.
LPA observed two staff on shift and six residents in care. LPA spoke to all residents during the tour. Residents appeared happy and comfortable. LPA Valerio and facility staff toured the facility to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations. LPA Valerio inspected all resident bedrooms. Resident bedrooms were observed to be fully furnished and free from odors. Resident bathrooms were observed to be fully stocked with hygiene supplies and sanitary. Hot water was measured within the regulatory range of 105 - 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The facility temperature was set to a comfortable temperature. The facility was observed to have an adequate food supply and an emergency supply of food. LPA Valerio observed the kitchen, dinning, and living room area to be fully furnished with no hazardous items left unattended. Residents were observed doing afternoon activities with other residents and staff. The exterior plant was observed to have an area for outdoor activities. Emergency exits and walk ways were clear from obstructions. The fire extinguisher was fully charged and last serviced on December of 2025. The facility's fire pull alarm system was in working condition. No health or safety issues observed.
LPA Valerio observed one resident file and one staff file, all of which were observed to have required annual documentation. LPA Valerio requested the following be sent to CCLASCPSacramentoSouthRO@dss.ca.gov: LIC 500, LIC 308, LIC 610, and copy of liability insurance.
Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) - Title 22, no deficiencies were observed. An exit interview was held, and a copy of the report was provided.
