Facility Evaluation Report
On 4/22/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Reza Jamaly and Christina Valerio conducted an unannounced annual inspection at Corina Care Home. LPAs met with the staff Lourifel Andres, then the Administrator Dumitru Dragnea and his co administrator Luminita Dragnea and explained the purpose of the visit.
During the inspection, LPAs toured the interior and exterior of the facility including resident bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hall, and outdoor spaces. The facility was observed to be cleaned. Food supply was observed to be sufficient and properly stored. LPAs observed stained cups a the kitchen, administrator explained that its from a resident who numerously using it and keep it dirty, then administrator washed it. Technical Assistance was issued about it. LPAs checked the water temperature, it reads 115 degree F. Fire extinguisher was fully charged with last annual check on May 2025.
LPAs reviewed 2/4 resident's files and 2/5 files were reviewed for compliance with Title 22 regulations. Medications were reviewed and compared against physician’s orders. No discrepancies were observed.

Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22, no deficiency was issued today. During this visit, technical assistance was provided regarding stained coffee cups and the pee on the toilet floor. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator , and a copy of the report was provided.
