Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Valerio arrived to conduct an annual required inspection. LPA Valerio met with Administrator Lee Abraham Sun.
According to Administrator Lee, there are no residents in care. The last resident they had moved out last August of 2025. LPA Valerio inspected resident bedrooms. Bedrooms were observed to be clean, fully furnished, and ready for a resident move in. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with hygiene supplies. The facility common areas were observed to be fully furnished. Fire extinguisher was observed to be fully charged and in working condition. The kitchen was observed to be sanitary and have working appliances. The exterior plant was observed to have a place for outdoor activities and visitation. No emergency exits were observed to be obstructed.
LPA Valerio requested the following documentation: LIC 500, LIC 308, and LIC 610D
Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) - Title 22 - no deficiencies were observed during today's visit. An exit interview was held, and a copy of the report was provided.
