The inspector’s account

On 08/06/25 at 1:00pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sommer Hayes arrived at Always Home at Black Kite for the purpose of conducting a required 1 year annual inspection. LPA observed no one answered the door at the facility. LPA called the number on file and spoke with Licensee Sarah Xiong on the phone.

Sarah said there are currently no residents in care. Facility is still in the process of vendorization with Alta California Regional Center. This facility has not been utilized for client care. The facility is currently vacant.

There are no staff or resident files to review.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22 there were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was left at the facility .
