Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sabrina Calzada arrived unannounced to conduct a required annual inspection and met with Geoff Curtis, General Manager, and stated the reason for today's inspection. Administrator, Blessing (Ugbo) Ogunbor, arrived at approximately 3:15 pm. Jack Ibifubara, member arrived during the annual inspection and was present for about an hour. The fire clearance is approved for (6) non-ambulatory residents.
