On 01/20/2026 an office meeting was held via Microsoft teams. Present in the meeting was Licensee Steve and Nellie Johnson, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Laura Munoz and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cheyenne Ratajczak to discuss the current license of the facility.
The facility was Licensed under Nellie's Angels LLC which was merged into Nellie's Angels Folsom dissolving Nellie's Angels LLC.
Community Care Licensing Advised Licensee that a new application is required. The new application is to be submitted within 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was emailed to the facility.
