Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to conduct a POC visit. LPA met with Jokaveti Tubuna during today's inspection.
On 5/13/26, LPA conducted a case management visit and found 2 residents were missing prescribed medications. Today LPA reviewed 2 resident medications and found all medications ordered by physician is present and facility MAR indicates medications have been given as ordered. POC has been cleared.
During today's inspection no deficiencies were cited. POC letter was provided .
Exit interview conducted and copy of the report given.
