Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Parks arrived on Thursday August 8, 2024 to conduct a case management visit regarding the facility's process to reorder medications. LPA met with Ashley Stahl, Resident Care Coordinator.
LPA and Ashley discussed the facility's process for reordering medications. The facility is currently switching in-house pharmacies. LPA and Ashley reviewed current medications which were listed as ordered and reviewed the facility's MAR on any medications which were not given.
No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted. A copy of this report was emailed to this facility.
