Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Parks arrived on Wednesday February 11, 2026 to conduct the unannounced annual inspection.
LPA met with Administrator Ade and explained the purpose of the visit.
During today's visit, the Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement Tool was used. LPA reviewed 3 client files and 4 staff files. All files contained the required paperwork.
LPA and Administrator toured the facility together to ensure the health and safety of clients in care. Areas toured included bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garage and backyard. In the areas toured no immediate health, safety, or personal rights violations were observed. All required postings were observed. Water temperature was within the required range. Pool gate was locked. Fire extinguisher had current inspection tag. Carbon monoxide detectors were observed. First Aid kit was fully stocked. Chemicals were kept locked and inaccessible to clients.
LPA obtained required documents to associate Adedeji as the Administrator.
No deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of report was provided to the facility.
