Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Talwinder Bains arrived at the facility on 3/5/26 to conduct a Required 1 Year Inspection utilizing the inspection tool. LPA met staff Julio Miguel Esguerra and explained the purpose of today's visit. Licensee, Nelson Jacinto was made aware about this visit via phone.

LPA was made aware by staff that facility was renting rooms to tenants and all rooms were occupied but all occupants were Not residents as none of them requires care and supervision per RCFE Regulations. LPA will discuss this matter with management and will set up a meeting with Licensee and Department to discuss this matter further.

As of today's visit, no deficiencies were cited per California Code of Regulations, Title 22.
