Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility and met with Administrator, Moria Gaunavou, to follow-up on a plan of correction made to the facility on July 9. 2025 to be corrected on July 31, 2025.
During today's visit, LPA received a copy of the POC, which involved proof of service regarding first treatment for flies and roaches after contracting with a pest control service. LPA cleared deficiencies during inspection.
No deficiencies are being cited as a result of today's visit. Exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was provided. Signature on these forms acknowledges receipt of these documents.
