Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Graham Gunby arrived to the facility to conduct a required 1-year annual inspection. When arriving at the facility, there was not answer at the door. Windows were covered and there were no cars on the property.
LPA contacted the Administrator who informed LPA there are no residents at this time. LPA and Admin scheduled a walk through for December 29th at 1pm.
