Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka conducted this announced prelicensing visit. LPA met with applicants Cristina and Adrian Iordache.
This facility has a fire clearance for six non-ambulatory residents. The facility is on a gated street. There is a call system on the gate that connects to the facility for staff to let visitors in. There is no fence around the property but there is a walkway and patio areas for outside activities. There are six private resident rooms. All resident rooms have full private bathrooms and exits to the outside. There is a staff room that has a full private bathroom. There is one half bathroom for visitors and staff. There is a laundry room that has locked double doors. There is one office and a door that connects to the garage. The kitchen has locked cabinets for medications, knives, and other items that need to be kept locked. The kitchen, dining, and common area is one large space.
This facility meets regulations. LPA is going to submit this report to the application specialist.
