The inspector’s account

Licensing Program analyst (LPA) Cassandra Mikkelson met with Ford Tan during visit. The facility is ready to reopen after fire that occurred in February 2025.

LPA toured facility and observed no deficiencies. Fire Department has approved floor plan for six (6) non-ambulatory residents.

Multiple topics discussed regarding reopening process.

At this time, no citations are being issued. Facility is able to open to residents in care. Exit interview conducted.
