On 7/8/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Eldin Serrano, Mary Rico and Matthew Aguilar conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPAs met with Regional Director Kenya Carlton and explained the purpose of the visit. The visit pertained to the complaint control number AS-20250613162316.
Based on the observations made during today’s visit, no deficiencies cited per Title 22, Division 6, of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was provided, and a copy of this report was given to Regional Director Kenya Carlton.
