Facility Evaluation Report
On 05/01/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Javina George made an announced visit to the facility to conduct a prelicensing inspection. LPA met with Krisly Badilla, applicant whom accompanied LPA on the tour. The applicant has applied for a license for age range 18 through 59. On 02/13/25 the Riverside County Fire Department approved the facility for four (4) ambulatory clients.
The facility is two-story structure equipped with solar panels consisting of (4) bedrooms, (1) staff bedroom for a live in caregiver and (4.5) bathrooms, of which (1) is inside the live in caregivers room upstairs, kitchen, laundry room, family room, dining area, garage, and backyard with a covered patio, apple and orange tree, as well as a secured Koi and goldfish pond. The facility was observed to have the required postings, and operable smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as two (2) fully charged fire extinguishers, personal hygiene supplies and extra linens and towels. The facility was observed to have a sufficient food supply of 2 day of perishable and a 7-day supply of nonperishable food items. The facility is in possession of several games to encourage and promote socialization. The hot water was tested and found to be within regulatory limits 112-113 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each client bedroom was observed to have adequate lighting, clean linen, chest of drawers, and chairs. The medications, first aid kit and manual, as well as staff and client files will be stored in a locked closet upon entry to the home. The facility does not have any pools or bodies of water or known guns or ammunition on the premises. The sharps and other hazardous items (lighters) are stored inside locked drawers inside the kitchen by the stove. The chemicals are stored inside a cabinet in the locked laundry room.
The facility was evaluated in accordance with the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22 Chapter 6, Division 6. The applicant successfully completed COMP III orientation on 04/29/25. Based on the observations and evaluation of the facility this date, the facility’s ready for licensure.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to applicant Krisly Badilla applicant.
