Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

On June 19, 2024, Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) Analyst Adrian Mangina arrived at the business office of Advanta Senior Care Inc. for a Biennial inspection. Upon arrival, the HCSB analyst identified herself and was greeted by Receptionist who stated that this is a shared work space. Analyst called Designee Monte McKeon who arrived with files approximately 40 minutes later. Analyst and Designee discussed the need to ensure business is conducted in primary office where files are kept and that sub-offices are allowed. Analyst observed business hours and license. The analyst was shown to an area where the review of personnel and administrative files could be performed. Analyst observed current insurance policies and dishonesty bond. Upon completion of the file review the analyst discussed the findings of the inspection with Mr. McKeon and informed the Designee that no discrepancies were found.
