The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Crystal Colvin arrived at the facility unannounced for the purpose of conducting interviews regarding Client 1 (C1) for a complaint unrelated to this facility. LPA Colvin met with staff Priscilla Torres and advised her of the purpose of today's visit.

No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted with staff Priscilla Torres and a copy of this report was provided.
