Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seo Jeon conducted an announced annual required visit. Upon entry, LPA was greeted by Mickey Corsbie, a property care taker, and informed them of the purpose of the visit. At the time of the visit, there were zero (0) staff members and zero (0) residents present.

The Administrator, Charlie Kanute, informed that the facility currently have had no clients in care since February of 2026. LPA conducted a tour of the facility and verified that there were no clients in care. LPA did not observe any health and safety concerns at the time of this visit.

No deficiencies were cited during the visit. An exit interview was conducted over the telephone with the Administrator, during which this report was reviewed and provided. A PDF copy of this report was emailed to CharlieK@spencerrecovery.com.
