Complaint Investigation Report

File review indicates R1 has been receiving their medication as prescribed by their physician. The LPA was not able to corroborate the allegation that staff are mismanaging R1's medication. This agency has investigated the complaint allegation. We have found that the complaint was unfounded meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. An exit interview was conducted where this report was provided to Robert Barton.
