Home Care Organization Evaluation Report
Enforcement Analysts (EA), Jane Cong-Huyen with the Home Care Services Branch (HCSB) conducted an onsite inspection for the purpose of a post licensing visit. The EA met with licensee, Ronald Cuasay. The EA observed the posting of the license and operating business hours. Business operating hours are from 10am-5pm, Thursday and Friday.
During the inspection, the EA reviewed personnel records for licensee and Home Care Aides including fingerprint status, registry status, Tuberculosis (TB), and required training(s). The licensee state at this time he only has 2 HCAs since he has two clients. EA also reviewed HCO’s business records including document for designee in the absence of the licensee and insurance requirements were also reviewed during the visit.
Based on the file review, EA informed the licensee of the deficiency/deficiencies found and explained they would be noted on the 809D. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report (HCS809), staff records review (HCS 859) and appeal rights were provided to the licensee, Ronald Cuasay, via email.
