On July 29,2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Toni Nwala, Licensing Program Manager (LPM)Anthony Perez and Regional Manager (RM) Reyna Lacey had a office meeting with Noya Francisco and Michael Curry to discuss the change of administrator and Licensee due to Licensee passing below is the summary.

The RM request both parties submit LIC200 today, proof of passing (obituary is Ok), An emergency approval of operations will bill issued once LIC 200 is received.

Both parties was given information on submitting the application to the Centralized Bureau.
