The inspector’s account

LPA Ahliah Sharp arrived unannounced to conduct an annual. LPA was doing the inspection when one of the residents became visibly and verbally combative. LPA decided to terminate the inspection for safety reasons. Resident started using profanity and voice elevated at a high degree. Slammed the door and was yelling vulgar words that made LPA uncomfortable. LPA asked caregiver if she was safe, and caregiver said that they respect her.
