Facility Evaluation Report

On 06/12/2025 at 09:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Beena Singh made an unannounced visit to the facility. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a required comprehensive annual inspection. LPA Singh met with Staff Ty Ali and was granted entry to the facility. At the time of the visit there were one (1) staff present, and no clients present. Licensee Carla Satterfield arrived during this visit. LPA Singh explained the purpose of the visit to Licensee Carla Satterfield.

The facility is an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) licensed for a capacity of four (4) ambulatory clients. The facility is defined as level 4i home vendorized by Inland Regional Center (IRC). The current census is zero (0) clients. The facility is currently waiting on client/s placement from IRC. LPA was accompanied by Licensee to conduct a general overall inspection, which included, but was not limited to, the following:

Physical Plant : The facility is operating in the capacity approved by Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD). The buildings and grounds were free from hazards. Outdoor and indoor passageways were kept free of obstruction. The facility is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit. LPA inspected clients bedrooms; they are equipped with required furniture such as: mattresses, night stands, storage space, and sufficient lighting; bathrooms were clean, and appliances were operating appropriately. LPA observed sufficient furniture and lighting throughout the facility. LPA Singh measured and observed the water temperature in the clients shared bathrooms to be at 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

LPA noted night lights maintained in hallways and passages to non-private bathrooms.
