Facility Evaluation Report

On 8/8/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mary Rico attempted to conduct an annual inspection. Upon LPA arrival, LPA was greeted by Register Nurse Christine Karuchi and was granted entrance to the facility. The licensee Zipporah Kamotho was contacted and informed about today’s visit.

The Licensee Zipporah stated that the facility is a Children’s Foster Care Residential, with no adult clients. In addition, the facility has a pending application with the Inland Regional Center. During facility tour, LPA Rico observed no adult clients. Furthermore, LPA Rico informed Zipporah that the facility cannot have two licenses, Zipporah had agreed to surrender their Adult Residential License. LPA Rico will schedule a final walk through with Licensee. A copy of this report was provided to Licensee Zipporah Kamotho.
