Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Abdoulaye Zerbo and Aziz Faizi conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to perform a health and safety check. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Caregiver Teri Duet and explained the purpose of the visit. Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler joined the visit at a later time.
During the visit, LPAs toured the facility and no immediate health or safety concerns were observed at the time of the visit.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided Licensee Elizabeth Hengstler.
