Licensing Program Analyst (LPA),Abdoulaye Zerbo conducted an unannounced visit to the facility for a health an safety check. The LPA met with Caregiver Terri Duet, informed them of the purpose of the visit and was granted access.
During today's visit, LPA toured the facility, obtained pertinent documentation and conducted interviews. No immediate health and safety concerns were observed.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Caregiver Terry Duet.
