Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amy Goldenberg arrived to the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction visit. The licensee was issued a deficiency for a violation of the fire clearance on 04/20/22, b ased on LPA observation of a makeshift living/sleeping quarters located in the garage. LPA toured the garage area and observed that the Plan of Correction has been met and the immediate risk to health and safety has been abolished.
