Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mary Rico conducted a unannounced case management visit for Plan Of Correction. LPA met with staff Amanda Machado and explained the purpose of the visit.
On 1/28/2026 the facility was cited on 80072(a)(1) Personal Rights. During today's visit the Plan of Correction has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted and this report (LIC809) and Clearance Letter was provided and explained to staff Amanda Machado.
