Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Edith Conchas made an unannounced visit to the facility in order conduct a case management visit.
LPA conducted interviews with two client regarding allegations made on Complaint Control number 56-AS-20260714160728.
No Deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted where this report was discussed and a copy was provided to the house manager Jennifer Ulloa at the conclusion of the inspection.
