On today's date, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Quiroz conducted a Case Management-Other inspection visit for the purpose to amend findings delivered on March 16, 2022 for Complaint Control #22-AS-20220314153540. LPA Quiroz met with Executive Director Mike Silverman and discussed amended report.
