At approximately 2:45 p.m. on 08/04/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicholas Reed conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPA met with licensees and administrator and disclosed the reason for the visit.
LPA and licensees discussed upcoming evictions, eviction procedure, and change of administrator requirements.
LPA also obtained contact information of staff.
