COMPLAINT CONTROL NUMBER: 24-AS-20260302163339

ARC FRESNO/MADERA COUNTIES, REEDLEY TRAINING CTR

On 3/19/26 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M. Garza completed an unannounced complaint visit. LPA met with Program Manager, Kelly Wheeler, explained reason for visit and was permitted entry into the facility.

During visit LPA completed interviews and delivered findings. Although the allegation may or may not have occurred, the allegation does not meet the preponderance of evidence standard per Califormia Code of Regulations, Title 22.

The complaint allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited during todays visit.
