Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lady Cabrera arrived unannounced for an Annual Required Inspection. LPA met with Staff Julie Owens and reported there is one confirmed COVID-19 positive in the facility. Due to COVID-19 precautionary measure, the Department will return at a later date to conduct Annual Inspection.
