Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shawna Doucette arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a health and safety check. LPA was granted entry into the facility by Sajel Sajel. LPA met with House Manager Angel Hocog.
LPA toured the facility. LPA observed 4 out of 6 residents. House Lead stated 2 of 6 residents were at the doctor. LPA checked the the food. Residents had french toast and eggs for breakfast. Cleaning supplies were locked in a cabinet in the laundry room. Every room has a fire exit.
There are 4 out of 6 residents receiving home health.
