Facility Evaluation Report

On 5/13/2026 at 11:30 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Y. Brown arrived to conduct 1-Year Annual Required inspection. LPA met with Michael Estabillo, Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit. Administrator currently holds certificate (#7037299735) that expires on 4/09/2028. There are currently no clients at this facility.

LPA toured the facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garage, common area and backyard. All outdoor and indoor passageways are kept free of obstruction. There are no bodies of water. A comfortable temperature for clients is maintained at 73-degrees Fahrenheit. LPA observed lighting in all rooms are adequate for the comfort and safety of the clients. Hot water temperature in the clients shared restroom was measured at 113.7 degrees Fahrenheit. All toilets, hand washing, and bathing are safe, sanitary and in operating condition. The supply of extra hygiene items was available for clients.

Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide were in operating condition during visit. Emergency Disaster Plan was last reviewed 5/13/2026. The Fire Extinguisher was last serviced on 3/2/2026. First aid kit was observed to be complete.

No deficiencies were cited during this inspection. Exit interview conducted with Michael and a copy of this report provided.
