Facility Evaluation Report
On this day at around 12:20 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luisa Fontanilla arrived announced to conduct an annual required inspection and met with Maria Linda Erolin. The facility is licensed but waiting for vendorization from the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB). The facility does not have any client yet.
During the visit, LPA inspected the facility inside and out including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garage, backyard, common areas, etc. Hot water measured at 120 Fahrenheit. Fire extinguisher was observed to be full and last inspected on 2/7/25. There was sufficient supply of perishable and non perishable foods.
LPA reviewed Erolin's file (Administrator certificate # 6022192735 exp 3/27/2026). The Administrator has current First aid/CPR training.
Updated copies of the following documents were requested to be submitted to CCL by 11/17/2025:
LIC 308 Designation of Administrative Responsibility
No deficiencies cited during visit. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Erolin.
