The inspector’s account

At around 10:00 am, LPA Luisa Fontanilla arrived unannounced to conduct annual required inspection. LPA met with staff Analyn Dela Paz. LPA explained to Dela Paz the purpose of the visit. Administrator Perla Garcia was informed about the visit.

During the visit, LPA inspected the facility inside and out including but not limited to bedrooms, dining area, kitchen, bathrooms, backyard and garage. The facility is a Level 4C home vendorized by the Regional Center oft the East Bay (RCEB).

Hot water measured at 110 Fahrenheit. There was sufficient supply of perishable and non perishable foods. No bodies of water were observed. The facility has sufficient warm blankets, towels, sheets available for use of the clients. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide were tested and observed operational. Fire extinguisher that appeared full and was last serviced on 9/3/2024 was observed in the dining area.

Last fire drill was conducted on 7/19/2025 and last earthquake drill was completed on 7/25/2025.

At 10:15 am, LPA reviewed P&I money and log. At 10:45 am, LPA reviewed 6 client files and 3 staff files.
