On 08/27/2025 at 2:50 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) P.Manalo and L. Fontanilla arrived unannounced to conduct a Case Management visit to obtain documents for Client 1(C1) and met with Jackelyn Manalo. LPAs explained to Manalo the purpose of the visit.
During the visit, LPA Fontanilla spoke with the Administrator Nicholas Marcelo. LPA requested from Nicholas C1's file. Marcelo states C1's files have been placed in the storage but will be available for pick up tomorrow, 8/28/2025 at around 10 am.
LPA will be back next day to pick up C1's files.
