LPA Luisa Fontanilla conducted a case management legal/non-compliance visit and met with staff Rosanna Refulgente who was authorized by the Administrator to sign the report.
During the visit, LPA observed one client and three staff. One staff was with the client and two cleaning the facility. The two other clients were at their respective day programs. Refulgente states all clients' skin are intact.
No deficiencies were noted during the visit.
