On this day at around 2:10 pm, LPA Luisa Fontanilla arrived unannounced to conduct a case management - legal/non-compliance visit. LPA met with the Administrator Lallie Garcia-Valencia.
During the visit, LPA interviewed the Administrator and obtained updated Lic 500. Based on review of Lic 500 and interview with Garcia, the facility hired one (1) part time night shift staff and one (1) weekend daytime staff. Also, Lic 500 indicates specific job duties for each staff.
No deficiency is noted for today's visit.
