The inspector’s account

On 09/04/2025 at 11:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) K. Nguyen conducted an unannounced case management health & safety check on R1. LPA met with the care staff and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA spoke with Administrator on the phone, Administrator authorized the care staff to sign on the report.

LPA observed that R1 is enjoying the sun in the backyard. LPA checked in with R1. R1 stated "I feel welcome here, and it's nice here". LPA did not observed any issue during visit.

There were no imminent health/safety concerns on today's date.

No deficiency cited. Exit interview conducted with care staff and a copy of this report provided.
