On this day at around 9 am, LPAs Patricia Manalo and Luisa Fontanilla arrived unannounced to amend report previously issued on 03/07/2025 and met with Dr. Frank Starks. LPAs explained to Dr. Starks the purpose of the visit.
Exit interview was conducted and Appeal Rights was provided to Dr. Starks.
