On 7/24/25 at 2:50 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Greg Clark arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Anthony Garcia, Administrator(ADM) and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA requested that ADM send LPA all invoices related bug bed treatment for the year 2025 by 7/30/25.
