On 2/5/2024 at approximately 10:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Sampair conducted an unannounced initial 10-day complaint investigation. Upon entry, the LPA informed Executive Director (ED) Annemarie Domizio of the reason for the visit.
During the visit, the LPA discovered that emergency drills were not being conducted and cited the facility for that (refer to 809-D for details).
