On 09/13/2023 at 8:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Sampair arrived unannounced to conduct the continuation of the Annual Inspection that was initiated on 06/30/2023. Upon entry, LPA stated the purpose of the visit to Administrator (ADM) Ken Ugbaja.
During the visit, the LPA and ADM reviewed the disaster/emergency plan and finalized the annual inspection documentation. The facility is clean, safe, and healthy.
No citations were issued during the inspection.
