On 08/07/2025 at 1:20 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct 1-Year Annual Required inspection. LPA met with Administrator Veronica Mercado Santana and explained the purpose of the visit.
There are currently no residents living in the facility. LPA toured the facility including but not limited to residents’ apartments, bathrooms, multiple activity rooms, kitchen, common area and courtyard. LPA observed no residents in the facility.
LPA did review records as there are no residents nor staff.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
