The inspector’s account

On 11/10/2024 at 10:30 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) David Doidge arrived unannounced todeliver an amended 1-Year Annual Required inspection from 11/10/2025. LPA met with Licensee Bobbi French and explained the purpose of the visit.

This report was amended as Type A Citation 80066(a)(12)(B)1 - Current Administrator does not have an updated Adminitrator Certificate, and has not had one for years was cited incorrectly. It has been corrected to a type B: 85064(b) - Current Administrator does not have an updated Administrator Certificate.

The above deficiencies were observed (see LIC809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22 and/or Health Safety Code failure to correct deficiencies by POC dates may result in additional civil penalties.
