On 11/14/2024 at 09:30 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) David Doidge and Andrew Christy arrived unannounced to amend the 1-Year Annual Required inspection originally delivered on 11/10/2025. LPAs met with Licensee Bobbi French and and Yolanda French and explained the purpose of the visit.

This report was amended as Type A Citation 80066(a)(12)(B)1 - Current Administrator does not have an updated Administrator Certificate, and has not had one for years was cited incorrectly. It has been corrected to a type B: 85064(b) - Current Administrator does not have an updated Administrator Certificate.

Deficiencies were observed on the previous visit.

The above deficiencies were observed (see LIC809D) and cited from the California Code of Regulations, Title 22 and/or Health Safety Code failure to correct deficiencies by POC dates may result in additional civil penalties.
